Willbi is committed to making its service accessible to people with disabilities. We invest ongoing effort to ensure the platform can be used comfortably and independently by as many people as possible.
1. Our commitment
We see accessibility as an integral part of a good product. We work to make the interface operable by keyboard, compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers, and readable in terms of contrast and text sizing.
2. Conformance level
We aim to conform to the Israeli Standard IS 5568 and to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, in the spirit of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 5773-2013. Accessibility is an ongoing process and some areas may not yet fully meet this level.
Our assessment is internal and was carried out with the help of automated tooling. No external audit and no review by a certified accessibility professional has been performed.
3. What we have done
Among other measures: semantic structure and headings for screen readers, keyboard operability and visible focus, support for both Hebrew (right-to-left) and English, meaningful text alternatives, and attention to colour contrast and to respecting the reduced-motion preference.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the service may not be fully accessible, for example, certain complex interactive components, generated documents (such as downloaded CV files), or third-party content embedded in the product. We are working to improve these and welcome your feedback.
