About ActualSignal ActualSignal is a digital health company specializing in remote patient monitoring for neurological conditions, with a particular focus on Parkinson's disease. Backed by seed investment, our product has reached commercial-phase maturity in the United States — and we have a very ambitious roadmap to change the way neurologists deliver care to their patients. Our platform combines behavioral, clinical, and patient success data to help care teams deliver better outcomes for conditions that have no cure, through our mobile and web applications. About the Role This is a rare opportunity to shape how patients living with Parkinson's receive care - and this role is responsible for making that happen. Reporting directly to the founders, you will own end-to-end delivery of our mobile and web applications: user experience and interface (UX/UI), quality assurance, and all project management. You will drive leadership alignment across R&D, product delivery, design, and the business - from our Patient Success team to our clinical customers — and lead product feedback with complex consumers such as patient support groups and clinicians. You will work with freelance specialists (QA, UX, and more) today and build a team of your own as we scale.

The position is based in the Tel Aviv area, with at least three days per week in the office. Since our customers are in the US, working hours are highly affected by US time zones, including evening overlap (Israel time). Who You Are • Passionate about impacting healthcare and patients - driven by the difference our products make in patients' lives

• Tech-savvy, super-user - an early adopter of mobile and web applications, with great firsthand intuition for user experience

• Passionate about fine details - and relentless about making sure they are actually delivered

• A proven Agile delivery leader - you know how to design modular, minimal features that serve a broader product vision and roadmap What You'll Do • Own delivery of the company's products across mobile and web platforms

• Drive leadership alignment across R&D, Patient success, and the business

• Lead UX/UI direction and maintain a consistently high bar for design quality

• Own quality assurance — processes, standards, and release readiness

• Run all project management, with Jira as our ticketing platform

• Lead product feedback with complex consumers, such as patient support groups and clinicians

• Work with freelance partners today, and build out your own team shortly What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience delivering software products (B2B or B2C) — mandatory

• Proven Agile leadership in software delivery

• Highly skilled with evolving AI tools across delivery, design, and QA workflows

• Deep, hands-on fluency with Jira and modern project management practices

• Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to partners and clinicians — all of our customers are in the United States

• Education: a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business) is preferred

Must have Experience in the medical device / Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) field, including a working understanding of FDA regulations and compliance frameworks such as ISO 13485 and HIPAA.
