Company Description

We are seeking full-time or part-time Order Management Specialists to join the backbone of Check Point’s Sales Services team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and support our company’s continued growth.

An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for processing a wide range of orders, including those with complex and unique requirements.

Job Description

• Receive and process orders for Check Point products using the SAP ERP system, ensuring adherence to internal business guidelines and standards.

• Coordinate with multiple departments within Check Point, both in Israel and internationally, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in both English and Hebrew (reading and writing), with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and adopting new technologies and innovative tools in day-to-day operations.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• Flexible availability, including willingness to work in shifts.

• Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field – an advantage.

• Previous experience in administration or data entry – an advantage.

• Familiarity with SAP – an advantage.

• Availability to participate in a 4-week training program starting August 10, 2026.
