Full job description
Original listing · kept for referenceThis is not a traditional channel sales position focused on chasing new partner logos. We are seeking a talent seeking a quota-carrying channel sales role with a technical background. You will co-sell real deals across EMEA and APAC (with Europe as your main stage) and you will be the one who makes our partners dangerous, training their sellers to win against the competition and their engineers to demo like pros.
If you're a Sales Engineer or Customer Success Manager who has been watching the sales team and thinking "I could do that, and better," this is your door in. We will give you the quota, the territory and the hottest product in cybersecurity. You bring the drive.
Responsibilities:
• Own channel revenue across EMEA and APAC with the European market as your primary focus, and watch your name on the forecast
• Co-sell end-to-end by working deals shoulder-to-shoulder with partners and internal sales teams from first call to signature
• Turn partner sales teams into an extension of our own, coaching them on positioning, differentiation and objection handling until they pitch our product like they built it
• Get hands-on technical: run demos, enable partner pre-sales engineers, and speak credibly about AppSec and AI security to any room, from developers to CISOs
• Make our product every partner wants to lead with, translating complex technical differentiators into stories that sell
• Build enablement programs your way: certifications, workshops, hands-on labs. No playbook exists yet. You write it
• Run business reviews that partners actually look forward to, tracking pipeline and sharpening joint go-to-market execution
• Drive joint campaigns, events and demand generation with partners across the region
• Forecast accurately and keep partner pipeline clean in Salesforce
• Hunt whitespace in existing partner accounts and territories before anyone else spots it
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing technical role: (i.e., Sales Engineer, CSM, Solutions Architect, or channel/partner role) in cybersecurity, DevOps, or developer tools, plus real hunger to carry a number
• Technical depth that earns respect: you can demo a product, enable a pre-sales team and hold your own in an architecture conversation
• Commercial instinct: you see the deal inside the relationship and you close it
• Genuine excitement about AI, and the ability to learn fast
• A feel for partner business models and what actually makes partners lean in
• A self-driven, can-do, startup mindset: creative, resourceful, generating programs, content, and pipeline on your own initiative
• Sharp communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Ability to juggle a lot and adapt fast in a small, fast-moving environment
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with European markets is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and APAC (up to ~40%) for partner sessions, customer engagements, and industry events
• Based in Israel and willing to be hybrid in office
