במסגרת התפקיד:
✅ ניהול והובלת צוות אחזקה מקצועי
✅ הובלת פרויקטים לשיפור וייעול תהליכי ייצור
✅ הטמעת ציוד וקווי ייצור חדשים
✅ אחריות על תוכניות אחזקה מונעת ואמינות הציוד
✅ קידום תחומי בטיחות, איכות ואיכות סביבה
✅ עבודה משמעותית בממשק עם מחלקות הייצור וההנדסה

🔹 תואר בהנדסת מכונות – חובה
🔹 ניסיון בניהול צוותים גדולים (15 עובדים ומעלה) – חובה
🔹 ניסיון באחזקת ציוד תעשייתי
