• A unique and highly challenging intelligence position in which the Desk Specialist holds end-to-end intelligence responsibility for a defined geographic area.
• The role includes analyzing and assessing intelligence collected through various methods, leveraging advanced data systems, extracting insights, and creating integrated intelligence assessments within the officer’s area of responsibility.
• As part of the position, the Desk Specialist directs collection efforts and manages operational activities relevant to their domain.
• This is a demanding and impactful role, offering both personal and professional growth.
• Candidates who excel may pursue a meaningful long-term career within the organization and the civil service, including eligibility for tenure.
Requirements
• Academic degree (Bachelor’s or higher), or eligibility for a degree by the start of training.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle – mandatory.
• Strong analytical and data-processing skills.
• An intelligence background – an advantage.
• Technological orientation and ability to work with advanced systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends when required.

• Required training includes an 8-month course held in central Israel.
