    The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for driving process efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across procurement department. This role ensures procurement strategies, systems, and tools are optimized to deliver operational excellence, cost savings, risk mitigation, and high service levels to internal stakeholders.

    This position is temporary for :9 months.

    What will Your job look like:

    • Analyze, design, and implement best-in-class procurement processes and workflows across direct and indirect categories.

    • Lead procurement transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance.

    • Drive the adoption and effective use of procurement technologies (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing, e-procurement, spend analytics).

    • Serve as a key point of contact between procurement and Is &BI for system improvements and implementation.

    • Define and track procurement KPIs (e.g., savings, cycle times, compliance rates, supplier performance).

    • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for continuous monitoring and visibility.

    • Facilitate procurement reviews and performance improvement plans.

    • Support supplier segmentation, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.

    • Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure supplier governance and risk mitigation strategies are embedded in operations.

    • Act as a key liaison between procurement and internal business units, finance, legal, and IT.

    • Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and KPIs.

    • Ensure alignment between operational procurement goals and overall business strategy.

    All you need is:

    • 3+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management.

    • Proven experience in leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

    • Strong understanding of systems (NetSuite, BI, Jira etc…).

    • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

    • Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
