    We are growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and play a key role in shaping Classiq’s growth.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles

    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies

    • Source and attract top talent through multiple channels

    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

    • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment workflows

    • Drive process improvements and optimize recruiting operations

    • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects

    Who You Are

    • Approximately 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency)

    • Proven experience managing recruitment processes independently

    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

    • Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes simultaneously

    • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized

    • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
