ניהול תהליכי הגיוס מקצה לקצה- פרסום משרות באתרי דרושים, סינון ומיון קורות חיים, ראיונות טלפונים ופרונטאליים.
פיתוח מקורות גיוס, בניית תהליכי אבחון ושליחת חוזה.
עבודה מול מנהלים וממשקים שונים בארגון.
התפקיד הינו במשרה מלאה עם נכונות לשעות נוספות.

תואר אקדמאי בתחום- חובה
ניסיון קודם בתחום הגיוס מארגון - חובה
שליטה גבוהה ביישומי מחשב- חובה
ידע וניסיון בגיוס עצמאי באמצעות רשתות חברתיות ואתרי פרסום
ניסיון קודם בתחום הפרט- יתרון
ניסיון בלינקדין בגיוס – חובה
