Key Responsibilities:
• Support production and operational planning activities across global markets
• Coordinate production schedules and priorities with manufacturing partners
• Monitor order execution and ensure alignment between demand, production, and delivery timelines
• Build and maintain sales forecasts and operational planning reports
• Analyze forecast accuracy and identify risks, bottlenecks, and supply constraints
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track production progress and proactively address delays or operational issues
• Support inventory visibility and availability planning
• Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Planning, Production Coordination, Supply Chain, or Sales Operations
• Experience working with factories, manufacturing environments, or production processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
