What You'll Do

• Provide professional customer support to Hebrew-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist customers with inquiries, account-related questions, and troubleshooting.

• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.

• Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Fluent Hebrew (C1-C2 level).

Good English skills (B2 level or higher).

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to relocate to Greece and work onsite in Athens.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
