CRO Design Team Leader
We’re looking for a visionary CRO Design Team Leader who can merge creative direction with performance-driven strategy. You’ll lead our design team in crafting mobile-first, conversion-focused landing pages that don’t just look stunning — they sell.
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a small team of UX/UI designers and creative specialists.
• Set the design direction for all Creativz projects (visual systems, color, typography, flow).
• Work closely with CRO strategists and copywriters to translate insights into high-performing layouts.
• Oversee A/B tests, user feedback, and analytics to refine design decisions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all client and internal projects.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in web or product design (agency background preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and responsive design.
• Deep understanding of conversion psychology, UX principles, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience managing design workflows and deadlines.
• Bonus: experience with Webflow or WordPress.
