We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global executive search firm, supporting a wide range of international recruiting projects across multiple industries and seniority levels.
This role includes targeted candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements, as well as close collaboration with our global recruitment team. The position is suitable for both experienced recruiters and motivated students who want to build a career in global recruitment.
Responsibilities
• Execute global recruitment projects end-to-end
• Conduct targeted candidate searches, screenings, and interviews
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborate with our international recruitment team
• Support recruitment operations and candidate engagement
Requirements
• BA degree or current student in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field – mandatory
• Recruitment experience (1+ years) – strong advantage, but students with no prior experience will be considered
• Experience in tech recruitment – an advantage
• Availability for part-time or full-time work
• Minimum: at least 3 days per week, including morning hours – mandatory
• Strong sales and marketing abilities
• High level of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
