• ליווי תהליכי תכן – ליווי בעיות פוטנציאליות בשלבי התכן, הגדרת כללי תכן לייצוריות ותכן לעלות, אכיפת כללי התכן ושילובם בשלבי התכן המתקדמים.
• הגדרת תהליכי ייצור ובדיקה, הגדרת חו"מ.
• תכנון כלי עזר לשיפור איכות ההרכבה וייעול תהליכים.
• תמחור חבילות עבודה – בניית מודל עלות ותמחור שעות עבודה.
• כתיבית מערכי עבודה תוך שימוש בכלי תיב"מ, מודלים תלת ממדיים, תמונות והנחיות כתובות.
• הובלת תהליכי PRR מול לקוחות פנימיים וחיצוניים
• טיפול בתקלות שוטפות המתרחשות תוך כדי ייצור/הרכבה של הכלים מה אנחנו מחפשים
• הנדסאי מכונות / מהנדס מכונות – חובה
• התמחות בתכן מכאני עם רקע בתהליכי ייצור והרכבה – חובה
• שליטה בתוכנות תיב"מ - NX/TEAM CENTER/UNIGRAPHICS – יתרון
• ניסיון בשיטות לשיפור תהליכים והתייעלות (כגון LEAN) – יתרון
• ניסיון עם תקני תעופה - יתרון
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
