IT Specialist

Join us in shaping the next generation of automotive technology. We're looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to join our fast-paced team. The role includes maintaining local and cloud infrastructure (including AWS and local training servers), supporting employees, and managing IT assets and systems.

Requirements: Personal Skills and Requirements: • A hands-on individual eager to contribute to and enrich our IT team. • Possesses a sense of urgency, agility, and a drive for achieving results in a lean environment. • Capable of learning new technologies quickly. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role • Highly motivated self-learner with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Pedantic, patient, and well-organized. • Availability for irregular hours and/or weekend work. Technology Requirements: Must Have: • Proficiency in servicing Windows, Ubuntu (18/20/22), and Mac OS. • Experience with hardware (laptops, servers, switches, webcams, conference systems, etc.). • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN, SSH). • Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMWare, Xen), AWS environment, and Git. • Familiarity with web environments (Google Apps, Office 365), consumer systems (Amazon, Adobe), conference call systems (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and Identity Management systems (JumpCloud, Okta). Nice to Have: • Basic knowledge of Python, Linux bash, Docker. • Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix).
