Original listing · kept for referenceAs our new AI and Data Product Manager, you’ll be the strategic and executional powerhouse driving the product success. You’ll own the product roadmap end-to-end, leading both inbound and outbound product management activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and engage directly with customers and stakeholders to define, build, and launch innovative solutions that make an impact.
This is a cross-functional, hands-on role, reporting to our VP of Product & Technology.
Responsibilities:
Act as the mastermind behind the product strategy, crafting the roadmap and executing on it across a diverse product portfolio. Balance keeping things fresh and innovative with staying grounded in the day-to-day hustle.
Collaborate closely with engineering to prioritize the backlog, refine solutions, and ensure smooth execution throughout the product development lifecycle.
Engage directly with customers to uncover their challenges, needs, and goals, translating these insights—along with market trends and internal feedback—into clear, actionable product requirements that shape our roadmap.
Make data-driven decisions. Use performance metrics, user data, and analytics to steer product direction and evaluate success.
Continuously seek ways to improve, refine processes, boost efficiency, and elevate product quality.
Lead projects across multiple teams, drive initiatives, and ensure alignment with the bigger picture. Lead by influence, not authority.
Requirements:
8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-disciplinary products from concept to delivery.
Proven background as a Product Manager in data-heavy environments.
Strong experience working with large-scale data systems and data pipelines.
Ability to translate business needs into data solutions and actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent – preferable.
Demonstrated experience managing both inbound (requirements, discovery, delivery) and outbound (go-to-market, communication, enablement) activities.
Experience building AI-powered products, including defining user experiences, workflows, and value propositions for intelligent systems.
Excellent collaboration skills across multiple disciplines, including engineering, data, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Strong strategic thinking combined with detail-oriented execution.
Deeply customer-centric – always advocating for the user experience and value.
Passion for innovation and finding smarter, better ways to solve problems.
Data-savvy, with the ability to derive insights and make informed decisions based on metrics and user behavior.
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines.
Exceptional communication skills – articulate in both written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, strategies, and product narratives.
