Responsibilities:
• Plan, monitor, and optimize production and supply processes.
• Full responsibility for work order planning, inventory, material availability, and meeting delivery targets.
• Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Responsibility for costing.
• Ongoing collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, and Project teams, as well as managing interfaces with subcontractors.
Requirements:
• Practical Engineer / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or a relevant field – required.
• 8+ years of experience in a Production Planning & Control role in a company. developing and manufacturing complex electronic systems – required.
• Strong operational capabilities, process-oriented mindset, and analytical skills – required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel – required.
• Experience with Priority Web (industrial ERP system) – a significant advantage.
• Experience with Power BI – advantage.
• High level of English.
