ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Director of Operations to join our team. This is a cross‑functional role at the heart of the organization: you will own the systems, processes, and logistics that keep everything running smoothly, while also managing budgets, teams’ workload, tracking expenses, and applying strong analytical thinking to support smart, data‑driven decisions. The role reports directly to the COO and includes ongoing collaboration with company leadership and all core functions across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Finance & Budget Management
• Create and track budgets, monitor expenses vs. plan, and approve spend requests
• Manage invoices, payments, and monthly reporting of expenses
• Handle insurance, procurement, and vendor-related purchasing
• Identify and implement cost-saving solutions
Operations & Processes
• Build and maintain internal workflows, SOPs, automations, and standardized work templates, including tracking tables and checklists
• Own our SaaS stack - manage tools, licenses, and system access across the company
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Ensure internal policies, guidelines, and documentation are up-to-date and consistently applied across teams
Studio Operations
• Build and maintain project work plans and timelines, ensuring alignment between production, brand strategy, and studio resources
• Lead and track the creative and brand teams’ workload across all projects
• Reprioritize team tasks and adjust plans in real time in response to urgent requests and changing business needs
• Centralize information from multiple stakeholders to create a clear operational picture, identify risks, and remove execution bottlenecks
• Facilitate regular cross‑functional check‑ins to track progress, surface issues, and ensure smooth handovers between dependent tasks
Vendors & Suppliers
• Lead supplier onboarding - from negotiation and contract signing to system access; Maintain ongoing vendor relationships and ensure availability when needed
International Travel & Logistics
• Manage all logistics for international travel: visas, insurance, briefings, and itineraries
• Provide real-time troubleshooting during trips (flight changes, emergencies)
• Handle expense approvals, client expenses, employee reimbursements, and travel reporting
People & Culture
• Own onboarding and offboarding — permissions, equipment, materials, and admin processes
• Coordinate company events, workshops, and team activities
• Manage the office manager and the student internship program
Recruiting
• Write job descriptions, post roles, and manage the full recruiting pipeline
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, administer assessments
• Close hiring processes through contract signing
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory:
• At least 3+ years of experience in a tech company in operations, business operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with SaaS tools, task management systems, and process documentation
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a hands‑on execution mindset
• Comfortable with ambiguity - you’re the person who handles “whatever needs to happen
• Excellent communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Able to work independently, rally cross‑functional teams, and prioritize under pressure
Advantage:
• Licensed attorney in Israel (Israeli Bar Association member).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
