Original listing · kept for referenceניהול, פיתוח והובלת צוות עובדים וראשי צוותים במחלקה. אחריות כוללת על עמידה בתוכניות הייצור, תוך שמירה על איכות, יעילות, בטיחות ומשמעת ארגונית. ניהול מטריציוני ועבודה מול ממשקים מרובים כמו מחלקות התכנון, האיכות והלוגיסטיקה. הובלת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד, הגדלת תפוקות והתייעלות תפעולית. בנייה, הטמעה ושיפור של שגרות ניהול ועבודה במחלקה, מעקב אחר מדדי ביצוע ויישום פעולות מתקנות בהתאם לצורך. אחריות על יישום והטמעת תרבות 5S וסטנדרטים תפעוליים במפעל.
Requirements: • ניסיון קודם בניהול בניהול צוותים בחברה תעשייתית יצרנית - חובה. • יכולות ניהול והנעת עובדים תוך עמידה ביעדי תפוקה, איכות, בטיחות ולוחות זמנים - חובה. • ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד, התייעלות תפעולית והטמעת שגרות ניהול. • השכלה אקדמית או הנדסית רלוונטית (תעשייה וניהול,מכונות או תחום דומה) – יתרון. • היכרות עם תהליכי ייצור בתחום ההרכבות/ מכונות הזרקה – יתרון משמעותי. • שליטה בתוכנות אופיס (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ומערכות ERP. • עבודה במשרה מלאה - א'-ה' 07:00-16:45, נכונות לש"נ פעמיים בשבוע ולימי שישי לפי צורך.
