Our Drone simulator Product Manager plays a key role in shaping the company’s footprint in the drone simulation and unmanned systems market across Israel and Europe. This position is responsible for defining, developing, and leading innovative drone-related products and solutions, while driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term product success throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Job description:
• Lead end-to-end product management activities for drone simulator and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities in Israel and Europe.
• Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, R&D, operations, and sales teams to identify operational needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Research market trends, emerging drone technologies, regulatory requirements, and competitor solutions.
• Manage product development processes from concept and requirements definition through development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
• Support customer demonstrations, pilots, deployments, and field activities when required.
• Lead cross-functional and international projects with partners, suppliers, and customers across Europe and Israel.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance, customer feedback, operational effectiveness, and business impact.
• Collect and analyze market and user feedback to continuously improve products and solutions.
• Prepare presentations, product documentation, and business materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in technological/UAS environments.
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with drone simulator systems, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), robotics, aviation technologies, or Defense-related technologies.
• Strong technological orientation and ability to understand complex systems and multidisciplinary products.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international projects.
• Ability to work with engineering, R&D, operations, and business teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with European customers or international markets – advantage.
• Background in simulation systems, Defense technologies, or operational platforms – advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional European languages - advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
