• ניהול צוותי עבודה, הקצאת משאבים וסנכרון בין הגורמים המעורבים בפרויקט
• מעקב אחר לוחות זמנים ודיווח שוטף על התקדמות הפרויקט
• מעקב אחר תקציב הפרויקט לרבות בקרת עלויות שוטפת
• פיקוח על איכות ביצוע העבודה על פי התקנים ויישומה ע"י מערכת בקרת איכות
• הטמעת בקרת האיכות ע"י ליווי, פתיחות מלאכה, דיגום ובדיקה על פרוגראמת החברה
• אחריות על קבלת האישורים הנדרשים מול הרשויות לביצוע הפרויקט
• זיהוי עיכובים אפשריים ומתן פתרונות בזמן אמת
• הכרת תוכנית ארגון האתר ותוכנית הבטיחות ויישומה כולל מטודות
• העברת אישורי ביצוע והכנת חשבונות לקבלנים.
דרישות
• תואר ראשון בהנדסה אזרחית או הנדסת בניין
• ניסיון של שנה-שנתיים בביצוע/תכנון/פיקוח- יתרון
• ידע בתהליכי ביצוע בנייה, בתקנים ובתקנות בנייה
• יכולת ניהול צוותים בדגש על רתימה ויחסי אנוש טובים
• יכולות תמרון וסנכרון בין כל גורמי הפרויקט
• גישה פרואקטיבית, סדר וארגון
• יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ופתרון בעיות בזמן אמת
