About The Role

We're hiring a Product Designer to shape how healthcare professionals interact with TERP every day. This isn't consumer design — you'll tackle complex B2B workflows where a single screen might need to show a therapist's schedule, patient history, billing status, and EHR records in a way that feels effortless. You'll own the design process end-to-end: conducting user research with real therapists and clinic administrators, mapping workflows, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and iterating based on real usage data. You'll work embedded with engineering — your designs ship within days, not quarters. The unique challenge here is designing for density and efficiency. Our users are healthcare professionals working under time pressure. Every click matters, every layout decision impacts their workflow, and the interface needs to handle Hebrew RTL natively. If you're excited by the puzzle of making complex software feel simple, this is your opportunity.
