מדובר בתפקיד מרכזי כחלק מהנהלת החברה, הכולל אחריות על התפעול השוטף, תהליכים עסקיים, בקרה ניהולית, משאבים, ספקים, מערכות מידע, גיוס וקליטת עובדים, ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכי העבודה.
אנחנו מחפשים אדם שיודע לקחת בעלות, לחבר בין אנשים ותהליכים, ליצור סדר מתוך מורכבות, לוודא שדברים מתקדמים בפועל, ולסייע להנהלה להפוך יעדים עסקיים לתוכניות עבודה מדידות וברורות.
תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:
• הובלת הפעילות התפעולית השוטפת של החברה
• תרגום יעדי ההנהלה לתוכניות עבודה, משימות ותהליכי ביצוע
• ניהול ומעקב אחר תהליך Lead-to-Cash — מליד ועד גבייה
• מעקב אחר Pipeline עסקי, הצעות מחיר, סטטוס לקוחות והמרות
• בקרה על פרויקטים, שיבוצי עובדים, עומסים וניצול משאבים
• מעקב אחר רווחיות פרויקטים וביצועים תפעוליים
• ניהול תהליכי גבייה, חיוב לקוחות ותזרים מול הנהלת חשבונות
• עבודה מול רו״ח, הנהלת חשבונות ויועצים חיצוניים, כולל הכנת משכורות, בקרה שוטפת והצגת דוחות רווח והפסד
• ניהול ספקים, יועצים ונותני שירות
• ניהול פעילות השיווק הדיגיטלי באמצעות חברת שיווק חיצונית
• ניהול תחום משאבי האנוש, כולל אחריות על תהליכי גיוס, קליטה, חפיפה ושימור עובדים
• ניהול ובקרה על מערכות Priority, TOOL ו-Meckano
• בניית דוחות, KPI, Dashboards ומנגנוני בקרה להנהלה — כולל שליטה מצוינת ב-Excel
• זיהוי צווארי בקבוק, שיפור תהליכים, ייעול ואוטומציה
• יצירת שקיפות ניהולית וסדר תפעולי בכלל החברה
דרישות התפקיד:
• 3–5 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד ניהולי / תפעולי רוחבי
• ניסיון בניהול תפעול, מטה, אופרציה עסקית או תהליכים חוצי ארגון
• ניסיון בעבודה מול ממשקים מרובים: הנהלה, עובדים, לקוחות, ספקים ויועצים
• הבנה עסקית ופיננסית טובה
• ניסיון במעקב אחר תקציב, גבייה, תמחור, רווחיות או דוחות ניהוליים
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP / CRM
• שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel ובכלי ניתוח נתונים
• יכולת בניית תהליכים, דוחות, KPI ומנגנוני בקרה
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית בסביבה דינמית ומרובת משימות
יתרון משמעותי לניסיון בחברת שירותים מקצועיים, תוכנה, MedTech, HealthTech או פרויקטים טכנולוגיים.
