Role Overview:
You will be responsible for production planning, demand management, and ensuring production continuity. The role involves coordinating planning activities with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production planning and overall planning processes.
• Build production and demand forecasts (Demand Planning).
• Material planning (MRP).
• Coordinate demand and production planning processes with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management.
• 3+ years of experience in planning/production control in a manufacturing environment – required.
• Experience in food, consumer products, or plastics – an advantage.
• Full proficiency in ERP systems.
