We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Clean Dot in a central and highly influential role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the company’s marketing activities, develop the brand’s growth engines, and gradually build the marketing team.

As a young and growing company, we are looking for someone who is comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution. This role offers significant ownership, independence, creative freedom, and the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

Compensation will include a monthly salary and equity options.

Who We Are Clean Dot is an Israeli eco-friendly brand operating through e-commerce and more than 200 retail stores across the country.

The company was founded in 2024 by two sisters with a mission to make environmentally responsible choices more accessible, attractive, and relevant to everyday life. In a short period, we have served more than 10,000 customers—and we believe we are only at the beginning of our journey.

We are a young, close-knit, and ambitious company looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful with us, play a major role in shaping the brand, and turn Clean Dot’s potential into substantial growth.

Responsibilities • Develop Clean Dot’s marketing strategy and translate it into clear plans, priorities, budgets, goals, and measurable KPIs.

      • Lead the brand’s ongoing social media activity, including content strategy, editorial planning, copywriting, production, publishing, and performance analysis.

      • Lead creative concepts and marketing campaigns from the initial idea and brief through execution, launch, measurement, and optimization.

      • Manage our performance marketing specialist, including goal setting, campaign prioritization, budget oversight, creative direction, and results analysis.

      • Own email marketing and automation activities to strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and increase repeat purchases.

      • Build and manage the brand’s influencer and creator marketing program, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, activation, and measurement.

      • Develop partnerships with brands, communities, organizations, retailers, and other commercial partners.

      • Connect the brand’s digital activity with its e-commerce business, retail presence, launches, events, and points of sale across Israel.

      • Monitor marketing and business performance, identify insights, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

      • Manage external agencies, freelancers, creators, and other professional partners.

      • Establish effective marketing processes and, as the company grows, recruit, develop, and manage an internal marketing team.

      • Work closely with the CEO and other functions across the company, connecting marketing with sales, product, customer service, and operations.

      • Strengthen Clean Dot’s positioning, messaging, brand identity, and customer experience across every touchpoint.

      Requirements • Bachelor’s degree.

      • At least two years of experience in one or more of the following:

      • A marketing department or marketing role.

      • A brand management role.

      • A project management role with a strong connection to marketing, content, branding, or growth.

      • Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical, hands-on execution.

      • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and turn plans into action.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

      • Creativity, commercial awareness, curiosity, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

      • Availability for a full-time position.

      • Ability to work from our Tel Aviv or Herzliya office at least two days per week.

      • Experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, performance marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, retail, or sustainability is a significant advantage.

Even if you do not meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. If you have relevant experience, strong learning abilities, and a genuine desire to build something meaningful with us, we would be happy to hear from you.

To apply, please send your CV to dana@thecleandot.com.
