תחומי אחריות
• אחריות מלאה על ניהול אתר הייצור ועל הפעילות התפעולית השוטפת.
• הובלת כלל מערך הייצור לעמידה ביעדי תפוקה, איכות, אספקה, בטיחות ויעילות.
• בנייה, יישום ובקרה של תוכניות עבודה תוך עמידה ביעדים עסקיים.
• ניהול תקציב המפעל, בקרה על עלויות והובלת מהלכי התייעלות ושיפור רווחיות.
• הובלת תהליכי חדשנות, אוטומציה ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכי הייצור.
• עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים מרכזיים בארגון – הנדסה, איכות, לוגיסטיקה, שרשרת אספקה ומשאבי אנוש.
• אחריות על עמידה בדרישות בטיחות, איכות הסביבה ורגולציה, ועבודה מול הרשויות הרלוונטיות.
• הובלה, פיתוח וחניכת צוות הנהלה ועובדים, תוך יצירת תרבות של מצוינות, אחריות ושיתוף פעולה.
דרישות
• לפחות 10 שנות ניסיון כמנהל/ת מפעל או מנהל/ת ייצור בכיר/ה בתעשייה יצרנית.
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול מפעל המונה למעלה מ-100 עובדים.
• ניסיון משמעותי בניהול ישיר של מנהלים ובהובלת צוותים גדולים.
• ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי התייעלות, שיפור ביצועים והטמעת שינויים ארגוניים.
• יכולת מוכחת בניהול תקציבים ובקרה על ביצועים עסקיים.
• רקע טכני/הנדסי .
• היכרות עם תקני איכות, בטיחות ורגולציה בתעשייה – יתרון.
• עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
