If designing CRUD dashboards is your comfort zone - this role probably isn’t for you. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end UX/UI for complex B2B web applications • Design workflows for developers, data teams, analysts, and AI users • Turn highly technical systems into intuitive experiences • Build scalable design systems and reusable UX patterns • Work directly with Product & Engineering on core product decisions • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.) as part of your daily workflow • Help define next-generation AI-native product experiences
