Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. This role is a hands-on position, responsible for the full lifecycle of finished goods, from the time they are manufactured until the time they are shipped, returns and complaints logistics management, international shipping, and customer order management. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-stakes, regulated environment and ensures safe, compliant delivery of life-saving medical devices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Freight Management: Oversee all international import, export (from Israel), and global drop-shipping operations, ensuring all deliveries are done correctly and timely.

• Finished Goods Ownership: Manage inventory, storage, packaging, and traceability of all finished medical devices.

• Order Fulfillment: Handle customer order processing and coordination from receipt to delivery.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with Class III medical device standards, customs regulations, and temperature-controlled requirements (if applicable).

• Vendor Coordination: Partner with international freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes and costs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Warehouse, Production, QA/RA, and Sales teams to meet global demand.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Driver's License: Valid driver's license is mandatory.

• ERP Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with a leading ERP system is mandatory. Priority experience is a significant advantage.

• Experience: 3–5 years of global logistics experience, specifically within the medical device (Class III preferred) or pharmaceutical industry.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration is a significant advantage.

• Export/Import Expertise: Deep knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs clearance, drop-shipping, and Incoterms.

• Language Skills: English at a high professional level (both verbal and written) is mandatory. Hebrew proficiency is required.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA (PMA) and CE Mark logistics documentation and traceability requirements.

• Flexibility: Ability, if needed, to work non-standard evening hours to communicate effectively with global partners and US/EU time zones.

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
