על המשרה:
אנחנו מחפשים Team Leader DBA מנוסה להובלת צוות של 3 אנשי מקצוע בחברת האשראי הגדולה בישראל. בתפקיד זה תהיה אחראי על ליבת מערכות האשראי של ישראכרט, ניהול תשתית מסדי הנתונים ומתן מענה קריטי למערכות הייצור והפיתוח.
מה תעשה/י בתפקיד?
· ניהול והובלה של צוות DBA (3 אנשים).
· אחריות מקצה לקצה על מסדי הנתונים: התקנות, גיבויים, שדרוגים, תחזוקה וטיוב ביצועים.
· תמיכה בצוותי פיתוח בסביבות הטסט ותמיכה במשתמשים בסביבות הייצור.
· עבודה בסביבות טכנולוגיות מגוונות: Oracle (Exadata), MSSQL, Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake.
· תמיכה במערכות תשתית: Oracle forms/reports, Oracle EBS, OIM, CDC.
· מתן מענה לתקלות (כולל זמינות בלילות ובסופי שבוע).
מה אנחנו מחפשים?
· ניסיון של מעל 5 שנים כ-DBA (Oracle ו/או MSSQL).
· ניסיון של מעל 3 שנים כמנהל/ת צוות DBA בארגון Enterprise – חובה!
· ניסיון מוכח באבחון ופתרון בעיות ביצועים (Performance Tuning) – חובה.
· ניסיון משולב הן ברמה האפליקטיבית והן ברמת התשתית.
· יכולת תכנון, ראייה רחבה והבנה מולטידיסציפלינרית גבוהה.
