Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with a combination of on-site work and flexibility for working from home. The Salesforce Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and configure or customize Salesforce.com to support key workflows and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Salesforce administration tasks, performing system analysis, designing and implementing enhancements, and supporting integrations with SAP and other business systems. The consultant will provide ongoing user support and training, create documentation, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. The role also involves participating in project planning, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize CRM and ERP value.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.

• 3 years of experience with Marketing Cloud.

• 2 years of experience with SQL.

• Hands-on Salesforce.com Administration experience, including user management, security, configuration, reporting, and dashboards.

• Consulting experience working with clients or internal stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.

• Relevant academic background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Salesforce certifications (such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant) are highly advantageous.

• Ability to work in English; Hebrew language skills and familiarity with the Israeli business environment are beneficial.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
