PMO – Project Planning & Control

A leading defense company is looking for a Project Planning & Control Engineer to join its Project Management Office and support large-scale multidisciplinary defense programs from planning through execution.

Responsibilities:

* Plan, monitor, and control project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle

* Perform budget planning, financial tracking, and profitability analysis with a critical business perspective

* Build project schedules, evaluate risks, and monitor execution against project plans

* Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations

* Support Project Managers by providing end-to-end planning and control across multiple projects

* Monitor project budgets, labor hours, milestones, and overall performance

* Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Subcontractors, and cross-functional stakeholders

* Support operational activities, including purchase requisitions, delivery documentation, and project administration

* Prepare reports for senior management and corporate stakeholders

Requirements:

* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

* At least 2 years of experience in Project Planning & Control, PMO, or a similar role

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Experience with SAP and WBS project management – significant advantage

* Experience building and monitoring project schedules – advantage

* Experience with purchase requisitions and project operations – advantage
