We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Research Team Leader to lead a high-impact team of offensive security experts dedicated to discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities in
the most secured servers used by modern organizations. The team experts in High Level and Web exploitation, white/black box, focusing on *PHP*, Java, Perl, Python, C# etc. Your role is critical in driving the company’s offensive security initiatives, lead
and oversee the research efforts. You’ll leverage cutting-edge techniques to stay ahead of emerging defensive technologies and shape the future of vulnerability research within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of elite vulnerability researchers, fostering an environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Set and execute strategic goals for the team, aligning with the broader offensive security objectives of the company.
• Ensure continuous development of team members’ skills through training, knowledge sharing, and hands-on project involvement.
• Direct the identification, analysis, and exploitation of zero-day vulnerabilities across various High-Level & Web based platforms, frameworks and Applications.
• Oversee the development and refinement of sophisticated tools and techniques for vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development,
including empowerment with AI.
