הגדרת תפקיד:
• הובלת פרויקט אסטרטגי לשיפור תהליכי התפעול והטמעת מערכת ERP בארגון.
• מיפוי וניתוח תהליכי העבודה הקיימים (AS-IS) וזיהוי פערים והזדמנויות לשיפור.
• אפיון וגיבוש תהליכי עבודה עתידיים (TO-BE) בהתאם לצורכי הארגון.
• הובלת יישום והטמעת השינויים במערכת ה-ERP, תוך התאמת המערכת לתהליכים העסקיים.
• ניהול והובלת צוות IPT רב-תחומי לאורך כלל שלבי הפרויקט.
• הובלת ועדת היגוי חוצת-ארגון מול הנהלת החברה ובעלי עניין מרכזיים.
• בניית תוכנית עבודה מפורטת, ניהול לוחות זמנים, תקציב, סיכונים ואבני דרך.
• הובלת תהליכי שינוי והטמעה בקרב כלל יחידות הארגון.
• עבודה מול ספקי ERP, צוותי IT, תפעול, הנדסה, שרשרת אספקה וייצור.
דרישות התפקיד:
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול, כלכלה, מערכות מידע או ניתוח מערכות.
• ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בהובלת פרויקטים המשלבים שיפור תהליכים והטמעת ERP
• ניסיון מוכח בארגוני ייצור, יתרון משמעותי לתעשיית האלקטרוניקה.
• ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי התייעלות ושיפור ביצועים.
• יכולת הובלת ממשקים מרובים והנעת צוותים ללא סמכות ישירה.
• ראייה מערכתית, יכולת אנליטית גבוהה וכישורי ניהול פרויקטים מצוינים.
