    Position Overview-

    • Hardware Development Team Leader taking full managerial and technical ownership of an expert team of electronic hardware engineers.

    • Directing the complete hardware product lifecycle from initial system architecture and component selection through detailed design, multi-layer board layout, and qualification, up to production release.

    • Leading critical high-speed design initiatives, system-level bring-up, multi-disciplinary integration, and laboratory debugging phases.

    • Authoring comprehensive technical requirements, engineering specifications, and verification/validation protocols.

    • Partnering closely with internal manufacturing and operational teams to support production lines, implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and drive yield optimization.

    • Core Domain & Ecosystem- Power Electronics, Power Quality Instrumentation, Analog & Digital Mixed-Signal Design, High-Speed Sampling Systems, Schematic Capture & PCB Layout, CPU/DSP Architectures, System Architecture, SPICE Simulation, OrCAD, NPI & Production Support.

    Requirements-

    • Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Systems Engineering – Mandatory

    • 8+ years of proven professional experience dedicated strictly to hardware electronics development – Mandatory

    • 3+ years of direct managerial experience leading technical hardware engineering teams – Mandatory

    • Deep expertise in Analog Design, including high-precision sensors, Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC), and power supply circuitries – Mandatory

    • Proven experience designing and implementing high-speed sampling circuits and high-frequency data acquisition systems – Mandatory

    • Solid background designing digital boards built around high-performance CPU and/or DSP processors – Mandatory

    • Verifiable track record in Hardware Architecture and end-to-end system design – Mandatory

    • Production-grade mastery of schematic capture and circuit simulation using tools like OrCAD and SPICE – Mandatory

    • Extensive hands-on experience with multi-layer PCB layout routing, complex board bring-up, signal integrity verification, and hardware debugging – Mandatory

    • Strong practical experience using advanced laboratory test equipment – Mandatory

    • Proven ability to support transfer-to-production (NPI) phases, resolve manufacturing line failures, and author validation paperwork – Mandatory
