Position Overview-
• Hardware Development Team Leader taking full managerial and technical ownership of an expert team of electronic hardware engineers.
• Directing the complete hardware product lifecycle from initial system architecture and component selection through detailed design, multi-layer board layout, and qualification, up to production release.
• Leading critical high-speed design initiatives, system-level bring-up, multi-disciplinary integration, and laboratory debugging phases.
• Authoring comprehensive technical requirements, engineering specifications, and verification/validation protocols.
• Partnering closely with internal manufacturing and operational teams to support production lines, implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and drive yield optimization.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Power Electronics, Power Quality Instrumentation, Analog & Digital Mixed-Signal Design, High-Speed Sampling Systems, Schematic Capture & PCB Layout, CPU/DSP Architectures, System Architecture, SPICE Simulation, OrCAD, NPI & Production Support.
Requirements-
• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Systems Engineering – Mandatory
