We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Procurement Manager to lead the company’s end-to-end procurement strategy for a leading organization that develops and manufactures advanced electronic systems and power supply solutions for defense industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company’s global procurement strategy.

• Manage and mentor international procurement teams across multiple regions.

• Establish and implement standardized procurement processes and best practices.

• Oversee global supplier management, including sourcing, qualification, and performance evaluation.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

• Ensure availability of critical components in compliance with stringent military standards and regulations.

• Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and supply continuity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in electronics procurement, including power supply components.

• Proven experience managing global procurement activities and leading international teams.

• Strong background working with defense industries and military standards.

• Deep technical understanding, including the ability to read drawings, specifications, and BOMs.

• Hands-on experience in supplier qualification and supplier quality management.

• High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Priority – advantage).

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence remote, global teams.

• Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

• High integrity and ability to operate under strict security and compliance standards.
