Verification & Validation Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced V&V Manager to establish and lead the V&V organization for next-generation Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) products. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building the V&V team, defining validation methodologies, developing automated test infrastructure, and ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of complex optical networking systems.

The successful candidate will work across Hardware, Mechanical, Thermal, Firmware, Signal Integrity, Manufacturing, and System Engineering teams to deliver industry-leading CPO solutions for AI and high-performance networking applications.

Key Responsibilitie

• sBuild and lead the V&V team and laboratory

• .Define validation methodologies, test plans, and qualification processes

• .Lead board bring-up, system integration, and product validation

• .Develop automated test frameworks using Python

• .Validate high-speed electrical, optical, thermal, SI/PI, and reliability performance

• .Drive root cause analysis and cross-functional debugging

• .Support manufacturing transfer and continuous validation improvements

.Qualification

• sB.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optical Engineering, or related field

• .8+ years in hardware or system validation, including 3+ years in technical leadership

• .Experience with high-speed networking, optical communications, or datacenter products

• .Strong knowledge of SerDes, SI/PI, board bring-up, and laboratory instrumentation

• .Python automation experience and excellent debugging skills

.Preferre

• dExperience with CPO or Silicon Photonics

• .Familiarity with 400G/800G/1.6T Ethernet, IEEE/OIF standards, CI/CD, PyTest, Jira, and manufacturing validation
