Full job description
Original listing · kept for referenceZealot (zealotlabs.com) builds AI systems that find zero-days, emulate target devices, and develop working exploits for U.S. defense and intelligence customers. We're backed by tier-1 U.S. venture firms and industry leaders, and our team includes alumni of Anthropic, xAI, NSA, USCYBERCOM, Anduril, Unit 8200, and the Mossad.
We're looking for an exceptional Office Manager to be the operating heartbeat of our fast-moving cybersecurity startup. This is a high-trust, high-energy role for someone who loves action, owns details, and makes ambitious teams move faster. No two days will look the same: one moment you'll be running the Tel Aviv office, the next coordinating a critical visit, solving an unexpected problem, or jumping on a flight to New York at short notice.
What You'll Own
• Run the day-to-day Tel Aviv office, including facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, and a consistently excellent workplace experience
• Coordinate meetings, team events, visitors, offsites, and complex domestic and international travel
• Support leadership with scheduling, logistics, follow-ups, and rapidly changing priorities
• Build lightweight systems and processes that keep a growing team organized without slowing it down
• Anticipate problems, make sound decisions independently, and handle last-minute changes calmly
• Partner across the company on whatever matters most, from onboarding and special projects to urgent operational needs
• Travel internationally when needed, including being ready and able to fly to New York on short notice
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in office management, executive support, operations, hospitality, or another high-ownership coordination role
• Exceptional organization, judgment, discretion, and follow-through
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken
• Comfortable working on-site in the Tel Aviv area in a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup
• Strong vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, proactive, unflappable, and genuinely energized by changing priorities
• Able to travel internationally and fly to New York at short notice when business needs require it
Nice to Have
• Experience in a cybersecurity, technology, defense, or early-stage startup environment
• Experience supporting founders or senior executives
• Experience coordinating international travel, high-profile visits, or company events
Why Join Us
You'll sit at the center of a rare, ambitious company tackling some of the hardest problems in cybersecurity and AI. You'll have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the freedom to turn chaos into momentum. If you're the person who sees what needs to happen and makes it happen, you'll have enormous impact here.
