אחריות לניהול מרכז ייצור בהיבטי ביצוע עפ"י תכנון ובקרה , תוך הקפדה על עמידה באיכות, לוחות זמנים ובתוכנית אספקות תוך צמצום עלויות , התייעלות מתמדת ושמירה על נהלי הבטיחות
אחריות כוללת לניהול קוי הייצור במרכז (מכונות) ואנשי המקצוע במרכז
אחריות לניהול צוות העובדים במרכז, לציוותו ולניודו בתחנות העבודה
עמידה בתוכנית יצור: לו"ז , איכות ותקני זמן / ש"ע, מתן מענה בשוטף לאיזון עומסים במרכז היצור
אחריות להכנת תכניות עבודה יומית ושבועית לפי ההזמנות ופקודות העבודה
אחריות להזמנת חומר גלם באמצעות התפ"י ולוודא כי חומרי הגלם הדרושים לייצור אכן קיימים בכמויות הנדרשות
הכנת דו"חות ביצוע יומיים באמצעות תכנת ה MFG ודו"חות של שעות עבודה
דרישות:
תואר ראשון – חובה
תואר שני בהנדסה בתחום הרלוונטי או במנהל עסקים - יתרון
2 שנות ניסיון לפחות בניהול עובדים וניהול מחלקות ייצור עדיפות לתעשייה הבטחונית
היכרות עם מוצרים, תהליכים וטכנולוגיות ייצור
ידע בתוכנות מחשוב לניהול הייצור. היכרות עם הMFG – יתרון
