Description We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. You'll own the full recruitment process while working closely with our HR Director and hiring managers. This role suits someone passionate about people who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to impact our human capital at Elsight. This is not a role for filling seats - it's a role for finding the people who belong at Elsight: technically excellent, ownership-driven, and built for a fast-moving mission-critical environment. You'll be finding them in a competitive, highly technical market and building a recruitment practice that scales with us. Who are we? Elsight is building the backbone of uncrewed systems. Our Halo platform is evolving from mission-critical connectivity to a broader uncrewed enablement platform, combining secure connectivity, positioning, video, and autonomy support into a single unified solution. We operate at the intersection of hardware, software, and cloud, enabling uncrewed platforms to complete missions reliably even in contested, remote, or GNSS-denied environments. Our technology is already deployed globally in real operational use cases, trusted by demanding customers where performance and resilience matter most. We’re a fast-growing, execution-driven team that values ownership, clarity, and professionalism. We work in a hybrid model from our office in Ramat Gan , right by the train lines. You will… • Own the full recruitment cycle. Drive end-to-end recruitment for all open roles - from briefing with hiring managers through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing. Manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing quality or candidate experience. This includes both Israeli and international roles, adapting your approach to different talent markets as Elsight's global footprint grows. • Source proactively. Go beyond LinkedIn. Actively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline that ultimately enables us to identify and hire the most suitable candidates. • Raise the hiring bar. Partner with hiring managers and HR Director to define what "great" looks like before each search begins. Design role-specific assessment processes, prepare interviewers properly and not just schedule them, lead structured hiring discussions based on evidence, not gut feeling. Hold the quality bar even under speed pressure. • Create exceptional candidate experiences . Communicate proactively at every stage - no candidate should wonder where they stand or what we expect from them. Conduct initial screenings that are respectful of people's time and reflective of our culture. Ensure every candidate, regardless of outcome, leaves with a positive impression of Elsight. • Act as Elsight’s first impression. You understand that the first interaction sets the tone. You represent us with clarity, professionalism, and authenticity in every candidate interaction. • Continuously improving. Optimize the recruitment funnel, track and analyze hiring data, and drive ongoing process improvements. Leverage ATS systems and AI-based recruitment tools effectively, and proactively explore and adopt new platforms that enable smarter, more efficient hiring. • Strengthen our employer brand. Execute employer brand activities in partnership with HR and the marketing team.
