We’re looking for an Electrical & Control Systems Engineer to join MVG’s engineering team and support the design and integration of control cabinets and industrial electrical enclosures. In this role, you will work on practical electrical design, control-system integration, and validation activities involving servo drives, PLC controllers, sensors, and related automation components. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys multidisciplinary collaboration, technical troubleshooting, and occasional international travel for integration, operation, and customer support.

🚀 Responsibilities:
• Develop electrical drawings for control cabinets and industrial electrical systems.
• Select and integrate components such as servo motors, PLCs, power supplies, safety devices, sensors, and field wiring interfaces.
• Define wiring, grounding, protection, shielding, and EMC architecture for reliable system performance.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers on support panels, chassis design, and enclosure integration.
• Participate in setup, activation, system validation, laboratory testing, and field deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and support integration of drives, PLCs, I/O systems, motors, and sensors into complete control systems.
• Create and maintain electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, technical documentation, installation manuals, maintenance documentation, and design records.
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Experience in electrical design of control cabinets or industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with electrical CAD tools. Understanding of grounding, shielding, EMC, and industrial wiring practices.
• Practical experience in systems integration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with servo motors, PLC systems, sensors, and industrial automation components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
