Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented senior manager of AI Transformation to lead the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the company. This role will identify, prioritize, and deliver AI initiatives that improve productivity, operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's AI transformation strategy and roadmap.

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across non-R&D functions.

• Lead a portfolio of AI implementation projects.

• Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and vendors.

• Drive organizational change, training, and adoption.

• Define KPIs and measure business impact and ROI.

• A.I Budget accountability – CAPEX and OPEX

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in business transformation, digital transformation, operations improvement, or technology management.

• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, and enterprise software platforms.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives.

• Strong program and project management skills.

• Experience working with senior executives and department leaders.
