    About The Position

    Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%.

    We seek a talented, passionate, and experienced HRBP to join our one-of-a-kind HR team.

    What You’ll Do

    • Trusted Advisor & Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing coaching and consultancy to further develop their leadership skills and teams.

    • Process Ownership: Hands-on ownership and execution HR processes.

    • Talent Management: Lead talent management and development initiatives to support high employee engagement and retention.

    • Project Execution: Lead and execute various projects and initiatives focused on talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.

    • Program Evaluation: Measure the business impact of programs and continuously refine content based on feedback and organizational needs.

    • Change Management & Communication: Drive processes and effective communication, ensuring a clear line of sight between employees daily activities and company strategy.

    • Legal Compliance: Maintain expertise in Israel's employment law and ensure local and global compliance across supported locations.

    • Cross-Functional Partnering: Partner effectively with HR's main functional areas (e.g., Hiring, Employee Experience, and Compensation).

    Requirements

    • Availability to work on-site at our Ramat Gan office 4 days per week.

    • 4+ years of experience as an HRBP, including employee relations, training and development, performance management, benefits, compensation, compliance, and recruiting)

    • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field

    • Experience in fast-paced environments with a collaborative and commercial approach.
