    The Operations Planner is responsible for translating demand into practical production and inventory plans while balancing capacity, material availability, and service levels. This role works across functions to keep operations running smoothly and respond quickly to change.

    The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable making fast decisions in a dynamic environment.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Planning

    • Build and maintain production, supply, and inventory plans based on demand and business priorities.

    • Adjust plans quickly in response to capacity, supply, or operational changes.

    • Balance demand and supply to reduce shortages, delays, and excess stock.

    • Support forecast accuracy and planning performance.

    Coordination & Execution

    • Resolve supply, production, and delivery issues to maintain continuity.

    • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, and R&D.

    • Identify bottlenecks, prioritize critical needs, and drive practical solutions.

    Analytics & Improvement

    • Track KPIs, analyze trends, and flag risks or improvement opportunities.

    • Prepare reports and dashboards that support operational decisions.

    • Maintain accurate planning and inventory data in ERP and reporting systems.

    • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar) to support operational insights and decision-making.

    • Provide planning scenarios and recommendations to support business decisions.

    • Participate in S&OP processes and support cross-functional supply-demand alignment.

    • Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility.

    You’ll need to have:

    Experience & Tools

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations planning.

    • Strong Excel and ERP skills.

    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
