This role combines security expertise with cross-functional work, supporting the implementation of global cybersecurity strategy at the local level, while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the local execution of the information security strategy, based on global direction and aligned with local business needs
• Translate global security requirements into practical local processes and practices
• Identify, assess and track information security risks across systems, applications, and processes
• Work closely with IT teams to support implementation of security controls
• Act as a security focal point for business units, providing clear and practical guidance on security requirements
• Support compliance with security standards, regulations, and audit-related activities (including gap tracking and remediation follow-up)
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure local alignment and support ongoing adoption of security practices
Requirements:
• Experience working in a complex organizational environment (enterprise / consulting / regulated)
• 2–4 years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Information Security / GRC / Risk & Compliance
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards
• Ability to translate technical risks into business language
• Strong communication skills (English & Hebrew) and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment
Certifications:
• CISSP / CISM – strong advantage
• CISA / Cloud security certifications – advantage
