We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong cloud experience for the CCoE (Cloud Center of Excellence) team in a financial organization.
Location: Rishon LeZion
Hybrid Model: 1 day from home

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Standards & Governance: Design, develop, and maintain cloud architecture standards, including Landing Zones, policies, and best practices for secure and efficient cloud adoption across Azure and GCP.
Technical Leadership: Guide Development and DevOps teams in selecting appropriate cloud services and solving complex architectural challenges.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, develop, and maintain modular, reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption.
FinOps: Monitor and optimize cloud spending, identify cost inefficiencies, and recommend optimization initiatives such as right-sizing and Reserved Instances/Savings Plans.
Security & Compliance: Partner with Security teams to implement automated security controls, ensure compliance, and continuously improve the organization's cloud security posture.
Requirements:
• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale cloud environments (Azure or GCP) – a must
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including designing and building AI Agents, MCP Servers, and planning and implementing integrations between AI solutions and the bank's core systems.
• Extensive experience with Terraform (module development and state management) or equivalent IaC tools such as Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Bicep – a must
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for infrastructure automation and operational scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based environments (EKS, AKS, or GKE) and Docker.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking concepts, including VPCs, Subnets, Routing, VPNs, and Transit Gateway.
