Position Overview-

• Automation & Robotics Software Engineer joining a multidisciplinary R&D team to program, configure, and deploy next-generation intelligent machines.

• Developing complex industrial automation control logic and execution sequences utilizing Beckhoff PLC technologies and the TwinCAT 3 ecosystem.

• Architecting and fine-tuning high-precision Motion Control pathways, servo drive configurations, and real-time sensor integrations.

• Implementing advanced programmatic features, including industrial computer vision inputs, dynamic algorithms, and automated system diagnostics.

• Collaborating cross-functionally across engineering fields from initial concept through system bring-up, with a willingness to travel internationally occasionally for customer-site deployments

• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Industrial Automation, Robotics Engineering, Beckhoff PLCs, TwinCAT 3, Motion Control Systems, Servo Architectures, Machine Vision Integration, Real-Time Systems, Mechatronics.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or equivalent practical degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline – Mandatory

• Professional experience (at least a year or more) dedicated to programming Beckhoff PLCs utilizing TwinCAT 3 – Mandatory

• Hands-on technical experience with Motion Control mechanisms, multi-axis servo systems, and industrial automation hardware – Mandatory

• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and excellent technical problem-solving capabilities – Mandatory

• Full readiness for occasional international travel to support global client installations and system commissions – Mandatory

• Foundational exposure to algorithm development or industrial vision systems – Advantage
