What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end UI/UX and product design for complex enterprise systems.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and user journeys.
• Work with Design Systems and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing.
• Apply accessibility standards and create effective microcopy.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA, and delivery teams.
What We're Looking For
• 3–4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, Product Design, and designing complex systems.
• Proven experience working with Design Systems and delivering design specifications to development teams, with knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) and familiarity with government design language and microcopy.
• Experience working with stakeholders, development teams, business analysts, implementation teams, and delivery teams, as well as UX research and usability testing.
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 is a significant advantage. General familiarity with the SAP platform is also an advantage.
