    • Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into clear plans and execution.

    • Act as a thought partner, helping sharpen ideas, challenge assumptions, and drive follow-through.

    • Own and run the company-wide OKR process, including quarterly planning and executive alignment.

    • Support the executive leadership team by driving focus, prioritization, and accountability.

    • Design and manage executive meetings, leadership forums, and planning cycles.

    • Track progress on key initiatives, surface risks early, and support course correction.

    • Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and lack a natural owner.

    • Improve alignment and execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
