Algorithm Developer

Leading defense company is looking for DSP / Communication Algorithms Developer to join advanced R&D teams working on next-generation multidisciplinary systems.

The role includes research, modeling, simulation, and development of advanced algorithms - from feasibility studies and mathematical analysis to implementation support and system integration in cutting-edge technological environments.

Responsibilities:

• Development of advanced algorithms for signal processing / communication / complex systems

• Research, system analysis, and feasibility studies for multidisciplinary technologies

• Writing models and complex simulations in MATLAB/Python

• Supporting algorithm implementation on FPGA and Software platforms

• Working closely with multidisciplinary R&D, System Engineering, and Integration teams

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science

• Experience developing signal processing and/or communication algorithms – MUST

• Experience with communication systems, RADAR, GNSS, Wireless/Cellular, simulations, or control systems – advantage

• Strong MATLAB and/or Python skills

• Machine Learning / Filters / Estimation theory – advantage

• High analytical skills, self-learning ability, and out-of-the-box thinking

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
