As a Senior Platform Engineer you will join our Platform Team and be a key part of our newly formed platform team - a team that focuses on creating cross R&D capabilities revolving application, data and AI + architectural guidance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of cross R&D platform capabilities from scratch, taking full ownership as a founding member of this newly established department

• Create and maintain developer tooling and infrastructure.

• Integrate company wide ai tools for internal and external use

• Consult on feature development and review architectural designs.

• Apply R&D wide architectural improvements, ensuring broad and impactful influence across the entire development organization.

• Drive improvement and collaborate closely with strong technical peers within the team and other departments such as DevOps and QA.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in backend development, specializing in microservices and cloud infrastructure (preferably SaaS).

• Experience with streaming and batch data pipelines: Kafka, SQS, Spark.

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker

• Proven experience leading projects across multiple dev teams.

• Experience with TypeScript & NestJS is a plus.

• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
